Training Facilities at DDRC

DDRC Professional Services exists within the Charity "The Diving Diseases Research Centre". As the trading arm of the Charity, DDRC Proservices has access to all of the facilities that the Charity operates. This allows DDRC Proservices to offer quality training using actual hardware such as recompression chambers, compressors etc.
DDRC Proservices has access to clean comfortable classrooms fitted with multi-media projection systems, in addition to the equipment and facilities that DDRC Proservices hires from the Charity we have an extensive range of equipment to allow us to train personnel properly; items such as resuscitation and various other manikins to allow realistic training plus fully stocked paramedic kits again these ensure scenarios are realistic, we have a number of oxygen administration systems so that students can gain experience using a variety of different methods.
Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) is now becoming much more widespread for the general public and DDRC Proservices have all the necessary training aids to allow students to experience very realistic situations; similarly we utilise a scoop stretcher so that students can learn how hard it may be to evacuate personnel.
